ALICE DINIZ CURRICULUM NOTE

It graduated in the area of ceramics in 1986, in an experimental course with facilities and logistical support at Fabrica Aleluia, in Aveiro.
From 1987 to 1998, he made several trainings within the area of ceramics and represents Portugal in international exhibitions.
For 8 years he manages the Alice Diniz Ceramic Gallery, in the Restelo district. Ai creates and streamlines the Festa do Barro, a street pottery festival, which provides the public in a direct relationship, interactwith the techniques of pottery, tiles and modeling.
Between 2013 and 2016, he traveled throughout Latin America where he promoted several ceramics courses in festivals, universities and workshops. He participated with this theme at the Jornada Nacional del Color en las Artes, in Mar del Plata, Argentina. Curator and exhibitor of the project “Laberintos Borgeanos” Media Lab Artes del Fuego.
Creator and facilitator of the performance of Colectivo LáeCá, Portugal-Brazil, modeling with clay with closed eyes.
It is part of the collection of the Cinematheque “Artists with History” and the records “The Art and the Mind” of the philosopher José Neto.
