For any returns and/or desists you should contact us as soon as possible. All situations will be analyzed, and may or may not accept the return. It is chargeable to pay expenses that have already been incurred following the order (e.g. shipping costs).

At the receipt of the order it will have to be confirmed that there were no breaks in transport. Any accident resulting from transport must be confirmed and photographed in the presence of the carrier.
